Here’s a leg workout I completed the other day. Sometimes, when I can’t think of anything fancy, I go with the timer or a set number of reps and just go for it. For this particular workout you’ll do everything 100x except for the deadlifts…I would die.
Regular Squats 20 reps
Plie Squats 20 reps
Repeat superset 5x
Side Lunges 10 reps each side
Walking Lunges 10 full reps and 10 reps w/ pulse at the bottom
Curtsy Lunges 10 reps each side
Deadlifts 10 reps
Donkey Kicks 20 reps and 20 pulses each leg
Don’t forget to warm up and cool down properly!
